Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Lawrence, MA to be the face of our service team. You will assist customers, manage rentals with U-Scan tech, and help move and hook up trucks, while inspecting equipment for safety and readiness.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass safety precautions and training.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring; propane fill and forklift operation (certification offered).
