U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Brockton, MA. You'll be the face of our friendly service, assisting customers with rentals, equipment inspection, and safety checks. You will use U-Scan tech to dispatch and return equipment and help customers throughout their journey.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required and must maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returns of equipment.
