Qualifications

• Prior experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and schedule service appointments.
• Navigate systems to track routes and optimize schedules.
• Schedule technicians to minimize drive time.
• Maintain customer database with accurate information.
• Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
• Support quality assurance and protect customer privacy.
