Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or administrative support.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or order entry systems; familiarity with order lifecycle management preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, etc.).
• Strong communication and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
