Job summary

Vantage Elevation, LLC, North America’s leading independent manufacturer of elevator components, is seeking a Sales Engineer Coordinator in Bronx, NY. This full-time role supports customers and internal teams, handling orders, inquiries, and technical information.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Technical Support to resolve issues, prepare quotations, and ensure accurate order fulfillment while learning new products.

Qualifications

• Associated degree required; bachelor’s preferred in related field.
• 2+ years in customer service or sales support in manufacturing/engineering.
• Experience in elevator or automotive field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and sales orders for US and international customers.
• Primary contact for customers via phone and email regarding products, pricing, orders, and tech info.
• Review requirements and drawings to identify appropriate products and solutions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Tech Support to fulfill orders.
• Document customer interactions and case resolutions using Salesforce CRM.
