Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day relationships for strategic accounts.
• Develop account plans with growth opportunities and priorities.
• Coordinate internal teams for accurate order management and deliveries.
• Lead business reviews and forecast alignment with customers.
• Monitor orders, backlog, and service performance; address risks.
• Support pricing, quotes, and commercial discussions in line with strategy.
• Maintain CRM notes and customer records.
