Job summary

AZZ Inc. at the Chelsea facility is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the face of the company, handling inquiries, orders, and customer relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will manage service expectations, coordinate with shipping, and seek opportunities to improve customer and employee relations while supporting a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in office administration.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Oracle knowledge preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers by telephone or in person to provide order information and resolve issues.
• Keeps records of customer interactions and transactions and enters details on order forms and shipping documents.
• Verifies order information for accuracy and coordinates with shipping to fulfill orders.
• Responds to inquiries about pricing, turnaround times and available services; prepares estimates as needed.
• Contacts customers about order status and escalates unresolved issues to management.
