Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Fontana, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver a strong customer experience by handling inbound calls, qualifying leads, and processing inquiries through to delivery in a timely and professional manner.

This non-exempt role supports operations with administrative tasks, maintains records, and communicates with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order flow.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years related experience in customer service or operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Develop understanding of products and processes to support customer requests.
• Maintain timely and orderly records and files.
• Support operations by organizing administrative systems and tasks.
• Respond to and investigate customer inquiries via phone, fax, mail, and email promptly.
• Document all contacts, actions, and responses in the customer database.
