Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of Oldcastle products to support customer requests.
• Perform administrative duties for all department steps.
• Answer incoming customer calls courteously and professionally.
• Organize and implement administrative systems to support operations.
• Maintain timely records and employee files and other documents.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, fax, mail, and email promptly and courteously.
