Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks an Inside Sales/Customer Service pro to handle inquiries, process orders, and coordinate with Dispatch in a fast-paced environment. You will support distributors, developers, contractors, and installers, and assist Outside Sales when needed.

Responsibilities include quoting, order entry, and collaboration with product teams to resolve issues. A background in construction sales and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• Some sales experience in construction industry preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receivecustomer phone calls; provide support via telephone, fax and email for quotes, orders, returns, billing corrections, and changes.
• Generate price quotations and sales orders in a timely manner.
• Refer to catalogs and guides to determine product uses and applications.
• Provide support to outside sales force.
• Review bid documents for quotes and develop project summaries for outside sales.
