Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Auburn, WA team. You will respond to inbound calls, qualify leads, and handle transactional inquiries through to delivery with professionalism.

Based at our plant in Auburn, WA, you will learn Oldcastle products, support operations with administrative systems, and maintain timely records while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
• Able to work independently and as a member of various teams.
• Construction industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Oldcastle products and contacts to support customer requests.
• Perform administrative duties for all steps of the department.
• Answer inbound customer calls courteously and professionally.
• Organize and implement administrative systems to support operations.
• Keep timely records such as daily receipts and employee records.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.
• Follow up on orders and obtain customer feedback.
• Communicate customer issues to internal staff.
