Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics in Hazle Township, PA is seeking a Customer Service associate to support site operations, handle orders, run daily reports, and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely responses to customer requests.

You will develop and maintain customer relationships, process inventory holds/releases, review receipts and outbounds for accuracy, and generate reports as needed, while maintaining organized documentation and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced logistics

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and company policies.
• Comfortable working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships in a professional manner.
• Process hold/release of inventory.
• Review receipts/outbounds for accuracy.
• Invoice and verify accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Generate customer reports per customer request as needed.
• Verify inventory and notify customers of potential shortages.
• Ensuring electronic transactions are not failing.
• Coordinate with Operations on special customer requests, expediting when necessary.
• Serve as first point of contact to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain and file documentation in an organized and comprehensive way.
• Perform other duties and special projects as needed.
