Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics is seeking a Customer Service professional to support our El Mirage site in the afternoon-evening shift. You will handle order entry, respond to customer inquiries, and collaborate with Operations to ensure timely fulfillment.

The role emphasizes developing professional customer relationships, reviewing receipts and inventories, generating reports, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships in a professional manner.
• Process hold/release of inventory.
• Review receipts/outbounds for accuracy.
• Invoice and verify accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
• Generate customer reports per customer request as needed.
• Verify inventory and notify customers of potential shortages.
• Ensure electronic transactions are not failing.
• Coordinate with Operations on special customer requests, expediting when necessary.
• Serve as first point of contact to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain and file documentation in an organized and comprehensive way.
• Perform other duties and special projects as needed.
