Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

CNA is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Support Contact Center Team supporting our customers, agents, and brokers within the US.

Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Respond to calls and emails, providing timely responses via written communication or telephone.
  • Utilize logs or other tools to track and update issues.
  • Assist users within applications as needed.

Reporting Relationship: Supervisor or above

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including professional phone etiquette.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently to resolve issues.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of the insurance industry.
  • Sense of urgency in providing superior customer service and ownership to resolve issues promptly.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and demonstrate teamwork and collaboration.
  • Effective communication skills, follow-up, and customer engagement.
  • Embrace new technology and utilize desktop tools efficiently to deliver excellent customer service.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • Typically at least one year of relevant experience.
