Job summary

CERTEX USA, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers by answering questions, preparing quotes, and processing orders.

You will work with internal teams to deliver excellent service and build strong relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment. The role requires 1–2 years of customer service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in construction, oil and gas, mining, aerospace, heavy industrial, or maritime industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Process customer orders accurately and enter information in company systems.
• Prepare quotes and provide product information to support purchasing decisions.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill orders and requests.
