Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service in distribution/B2B
• Excellent communication and professional phone presence
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP/CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Act as customer advocate from initial contact through ongoing support
• Process orders, quotes, returns, and credit requests per Triad guidelines
• Provide product information, availability, and pricing using P21 and Zendesk
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support, and Operations
• Monitor order status and communicate delays or changes clearly
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in P21 and Zendesk
• Develop strong relationships with customer contacts through proactive communication
