Job summary

Maersk Logistics & Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to answer inbound calls and deliver outstanding service. You will monitor inquiries, track shipments, and update customers on status.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email.
• Make outgoing calls to follow up on shipment status and resolve issues.
• Track, trace, enter, and update shipments.
• Assist and support Maersk stations and cartage agents.
• Follow published procedures and work instructions for NCS accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
