Qualifications

1–3 years of customer service, scheduling, or administrative support experience.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, and Sheets).
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer calls and inquiries.
Schedule appointments and match customers with the appropriate craftsman.
Coordinate schedules, confirm appointments, and manage daily scheduling changes.
Maintain accurate customer records and job documentation.
Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction.
