• Proficient in using Outlook; strong computer and phone experience are a plus.
• Solid written and verbal communication, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers, field Inspectors, and homeowners.
• Manage emails and phone calls.
• Schedule repairs and inspections as needed.
• Resolve customer service issues (Scheduling Appointments).
• Data entry (UFactory and RFMS).
• Daily email and phone communication with customers, field inspectors and homeowners.
• General administrative tasks and team support.
