Job summary

Rollins, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Hyattsville, MD branch. You will serve as the liaison between customers and service teams, handling inquiries, scheduling, and issue resolution to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

The role requires excellent communication, strong multitasking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Excellent phone etiquette and friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and a ability to manage multiple priorities, i.e. multi-task
• Knowledge of MS Office environment with Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency
• Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communicates extensively via telephone and electronically with customers and co-workers
• Strong collections experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and a quality experience to internal and external clients
• Prioritize, plan and complete daily tasks, special projects, and assignments
• Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts
• Manage administrative requests and tasks
• Provide proactive customer follow-up in a timely manner
• Deliver accurate service and sales information
• Maintain accurate records utilizing customer service software applications
• Respond to leads and referrals
• Partner with management to manage expectations and meet deadlines
• Assist in scheduling of service routes
• Produce accurate and timely reports
• Ensure that work is complete and results are satisfactory
• Assist in training of new team members as requested/needed
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
