Owl Pest Prevention is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Hyattsville, MD team. You will be the link between customers and service technicians, coordinating schedules, resolving issues, and handling inquiries with a focus on timely follow-up.

The role requires excellent communication, patience, and a genuine commitment to delivering a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Excellent phone etiquette and friendly, professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and a quality experience to internal and external clients.
• Prioritize, plan and complete daily tasks, special projects, and assignments.
• Facilitate accounts receivable and collection efforts.
• Manage administrative requests and tasks.
• Provide proactive customer follow-up in a timely manner.
• Deliver accurate service and sales information.
• Maintain accurate records utilizing customer service software applications.
• Respond to leads and referrals.
• Partner with management to manage expectations and meet deadlines.
• Assist in scheduling of service routes.
• Produce accurate and timely reports.
• Ensure that work is complete and results are satisfactory.
