Job summary

Baldwin Cooling, Heating, Plumbing, and Electrical is hiring for a customer support role in Daphne, AL. You will handle incoming calls, schedule estimates, and coordinate between customers and technicians to ensure satisfaction.

This is a full-time, in-person position with competitive pay and benefits. Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of call center or customer support experience, a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR, and familiarity with MS Office and Service Titan.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of call center or customer support experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Experience with MS Office preferred.
• Experience with Service Titan preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls from customers.
• Schedule and manage customer estimates.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve full satisfaction of work provided.
• Manage customer and technician schedules.
• Renew and manage maintenance agreements.
• Build relationships with customers and provide top-level service and support.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer needs, requests, and tasks performed.
• Appropriately handle and de-escalate customer complaints and concerns.
