Responsibilities

• Inbound & Outbound Booking: answer calls and schedule HVAC maintenance, service, and installation appointments.
• Team Coordination: provide appointment details to dispatchers, technicians, and sales reps.
• Customer Satisfaction: follow up with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Data Entry & Tracking: log call volume, bookings, and interactions in the dispatch system.
