Job summary

Conditioned Air Solutions in Huntsville, AL, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, scheduling HVAC maintenance, service repairs, and sales installations. You will coordinate with dispatchers, technicians, and sales reps to keep field operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years of call center, customer service, or receptionist experience (HVAC or home services experience is a major plus!).
• Energetic, friendly demeanor with professional communication skills.
• Strong multi-tasking ability and comfort using computers, multi-line phone systems, and scheduling software.
• Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Inbound & Outbound Booking: Answer incoming customer calls and make outbound calls to schedule HVAC maintenance, service repairs, and sales installation appointments.
• Team Coordination: Provide precise appointment details to dispatchers, service technicians, and sales representatives to ensure seamless field operations.
• Customer Satisfaction: Follow up with recent customers post-service to gather feedback and ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Data Entry & Tracking: Maintain accurate logs of call volume, booked appointments, and customer interactions in our dispatch management system.
