Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for incoming customer service requests and provide prompt follow-up.
• Respond to service tickets to keep customers informed and confident their needs are addressed.
• Schedule and coordinate service technicians by area and urgency to maximize efficiency.
• Assist walk-in customers and address needs with a solutions-focused approach.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and ensure a positive post-installation experience.
• Build a solid understanding of Hansons products to confidently answer customer questions.
