Job summary

CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, scheduling, and order changes.

You will resolve issues by identifying problems, coordinating with internal teams and service partners, and maintaining clear records across systems. The role requires patient, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy helping others.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or call center environments preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer questions and requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams and service partners for timely resolutions.
• Document interactions and update customer records accurately.
• Provide status updates on service orders and service requests.
• Assist with scheduling changes, payment processing, and order modifications.
• Act as liaison between customers, clients, and service providers.
• Escalate issues per established procedures.
• Support inbound sales opportunities by guiding warm leads when they arise.
