Job summary

CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to respond to inquiries, manage complaints, and maintain positive customer relationships.

You will handle inquiries through in person, phone, email, or social media, collect data, and record interactions with a focus on quality service that exceeds expectations. Essential duties include tracing shipments, resolving issues with various teams, registering shipments, and providing timely system updates.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and manage inquiries, complaints, and feedback across channels.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data.
• Trace shipments and provide updates to agents and customers.
• Investigate issues with planners, drivers, and distribution centers as needed.
• Provide system updates and respond to general inquiries and claims.
• Document actions in the V601 system.
