Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, part of The Birner Group, is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to support service operations across five Birner Group locations. You will manage customer communications, schedule appointments, track parts, and generate quotes with accuracy.

The role offers a competitive hourly pay range of $19-$25, plus monthly performance-based bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, HSA contributions, PTO, 401(k), and employee discounts.

Responsibilities

• Process and track parts orders through to resolution.
• Prepare customer service quotes with high accuracy.
• Enter, update, and manage information across multiple software platforms.
• Partner with service teams to address customer needs quickly.
