Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support PM scheduling and appointment coordination at PTL facility locations. The role involves regular customer contact to align shop capacity with customer requirements and to maintain up-to-date contact information in the Customer Data File.

You will, in a fast-paced environment, learn essential truck knowledge and use Penske systems of record to respond to inquiries, set appointments, and ensure accurate data.

Qualifications

• 3 years of customer service experience is required.
• Strong phone communication is required.
• Ability to learn necessary general knowledge of trucks and components to interface with customers.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers over the phone using multiple systems.
• Schedule PM maintenance by aligning shop capacity with customer needs.
• Set up and maintain customer contact data in the Customer Data File.
• Maintain accurate customer contacts and update failures in the system.
• Assist with other projects as assigned by manager.
