Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Tucson to act as a main contact for customers and ensure satisfaction. You will process orders, respond to requests, and provide timely, courteous support across multiple channels.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to handle diverse situations with tact. 2+ years of experience and a HS diploma are preferred, with 2- or 4-year degrees also considered.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills across channels (phone, email, in person).
• Customer-focused approach with problem solving and follow-up.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and priorities effectively.
• Experience in fast-paced customer service environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a timely, professional manner.
• Enter orders and process requests to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Provide product selection and application support to customers.
• Coordinate service requests including pricing, expediting, billing and credits.
