Job summary

Hartfiel Company in Plano, TX seeks a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, handling orders, returns, and inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.

You'll partner closely with the outside sales team to estimate delivery dates, prepare quotations, set up new accounts, and maintain supplier relationships, while keeping customers informed and satisfied.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1–3 years in customer service or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and team-first mindset required.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers by phone, fax, and email to place orders, process returns, and answer questions.
• Estimate delivery dates based on vendor production and shipping schedules and keep customers informed.
• Develop quotations and coordinate details to help sales close deals.
• Set up new customer accounts with accurate information in the database.
• Build and maintain relationships with supplier partners and identify new product opportunities.
• Schedule appointments for outside sales and support weekly funnel meetings.
