Job summary

PTSolutions is seeking a customer service representative to act as a liaison between customers and internal teams in Plano, TX. You will handle orders, answer product questions, and resolve issues with accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, and the ability to troubleshoot using established methods and tools. Training will be provided to use our systems and discuss products with customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Service.
• Knowledge of cutting tools.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders, changes, and returns according to established department policies and procedures.
• Provide timely and accurate information to customers when requests for order status updates and additional product knowledge are received.
• Display a thorough understanding of the products we sell to respond to quotes and product information via phone and email.
• Handle customer issues, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the order/ship/delivery time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Partner with the sales team and other internal teams to meet and exceed our customers’ service expectations.
• Develop customer relationships, inform customers of current sales and marketing programs, and close sales opportunities.
