Job summary

One Way Safety seeks a dedicated Customer Service / Sales Support Specialist to maintain product knowledge and assist our Sales Reps in Illinois. This role ensures accurate order processing, strong customer relations, and timely follow-ups on orders.

You will handle customer calls, process sales orders, manage returns and vendor inquiries, and perform administrative duties as required. 7am–4pm, on-site.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of office experience.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support sales representatives in a safety products industry.
• Answer customer phone calls and process sales orders.
• Research unusual inventory transactions and contact customers to process orders.
• RMA processing and vendor coordination as needed.
• Maintain product knowledge and provide exceptional customer service.
• Follows up on orders to ensure shipment and delivery; administrative tasks as needed.
