Job summary

SPI is seeking a customer service specialist to act as the primary contact for branch customers, handling order support and product information. You will work closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Insides Sales, Credit and Delivery to ensure smooth fulfillment and exceptional service.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service, basic math skills, and excellent communication. Local travel is possible; a valid driver's license may be needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support order fulfillment.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world‑class service.
• Handle dealer orders, requests and system generated acknowledgements with proficiency.
