ECO Finishing is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team in a Customer Service / Sales Support role in Fridley, MN. You will communicate with customers about orders, collaborate with production and management, and help ensure accurate, timely updates and delivery commitments.

Qualificações

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office.
• Previous customer service or sales support experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers regarding order status, lead times, and general inquiries.
• Work closely with production, quality, and management to address issues that arise during processing.
• Assist in resolving order discrepancies, production delays, and customer concerns.
• Provide timely and accurate updates to customers regarding their orders.
• Coordinate internally to help ensure customer expectations and delivery commitments are met.
• Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate communication records and customer information.
• Support the sales department with day-to-day customer service needs.
