Qualifications

• Related experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of cabinetry, kitchen & bath or similar building materials.
• Developed customer service, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Team-oriented; shows initiative.
• Strong sense of drive and creativity.
• AS400 experience preferred but not mandatory.
• High School graduate; some college courses preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls from customers placing orders and provide sales quotes.
• Work closely with outside sales representatives on orders and quotes.
• Assist walk-in customers in the showroom with questions and order placement.
• Solicit new or complimentary sales for customers via phone as well as face-to-face in the showroom.
• Research product solutions for customers to solve field-project issues.
• Hours of operation are Monday to Friday dayshift.
