Job summary

Sysco Las Vegas is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide direct support to Account Executives, Marketing Associates, and customers.

In this full-time on-site role, you will answer inquiries, process orders and credits, and help ensure timely deliveries while maintaining accurate records.

Strong communication, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of outside foodservice sales coordination or customer support experience.
• Preferred: previous call center experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming concerns from all customers.
• Process will-call orders and credits.
• Maintain call lists and monitor orders before the cut-off.
• Coordinate with Account Executives and customers.
• Manage same-day deliveries for operating company.
