Spices USA in Florida is seeking a motivated Customer Service and Sales Team Member to join our fast-paced office. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, and contribute to meeting team sales targets while ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.

No prior experience is required; we train you to succeed in international business. The role requires strong communication, bilingual English/Spanish abilities, CRM proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service or sales roles, preferably in a related industry.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Basic proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in SAP.
• Background in B2B or B2C sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Training or certification in sales techniques or customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

• Handle customer complaints, propose appropriate solutions within set timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Enter and process customer orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and comprehension.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.
