No prior experience is required; we train you to succeed in international business. The role requires strong communication, bilingual English/Spanish abilities, CRM proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degrees preferred.
• Bilingual English and Spanish; strong communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or sales; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, and chat.
• Build relationships with customer accounts and maintain trust.
• Identify sales opportunities during interactions to reach targets.
• Provide product demonstrations and explain features.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues within set timeframes.
• Enter orders in SAP and maintain CRM records.
• Generate and qualify sales leads; collaborate with other departments.
