Mr. Handyman seeks a friendly, outgoing Customer Service Representative for its Maryland office. This full-time role involves heavy customer contact by phone, data entry, and coordinating office tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in construction is a plus, and a clean driving record is required. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, supporting sales efforts, and maintaining organization across projects.

Qualifications

• Punctual and highly organized with strong phone communication.
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel, and QuickBooks.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently.
• Experience in construction is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Front office work with extensive customer interaction on the phone.
• Extensive computer use and paperwork, some sales, and juggling multiple priorities.
• Work directly with customers to successfully complete current projects and open doors to future projects.
