Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Delaware & Delaware County, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support sales floor activities and maintain a professional environment focused on customer satisfaction.

The role includes handling POS transactions, protecting assets, and assisting with donations. You will help ensure merchandise is displayed properly, perform housekeeping tasks, and cooperate with coworkers to promote the company mission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, with 1–3 months of related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies to protect customers and assets.
• Perform Counterpoint POS functions with safe, accurate handling of cash and property.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed and stocked per procedures; keep sales floor and related areas clean and orderly.
• Assist in production areas including textiles, WEB and ASH and help accept donations.
• Follow Goodwill policies and SOPs applicable to the job position.
• Work with customers, groups, and coworkers to support the company mission and customer satisfaction.
• Be flexible with hours and days as the business requires.
• Carry out any other duties such as cleaning or recovery as assigned.
