Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Delaware & Delaware County, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to participate in sales floor activities and maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming shopping environment.

You will handle Counterpoint POS transactions, assist with donations, and support merchandise presentation while protecting company assets. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience or training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Able to follow safety policies and protect company assets.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies to protect customers and company assets.
• Perform Counterpoint POS transactions and handle cash accurately.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked and displayed in proper departments and keep areas clean and orderly.
• Assist in production areas including textiles and donations intake.
• Follow Goodwill policies and SOPs for the position.
• Strive for maximum customer satisfaction and work with others to support the mission.
