Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Delaware & Delaware County, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to participate in all sales floor activities while maintaining a professional demeanor and ensuring customer satisfaction. High school diploma or GED preferred.
1–3 months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Follow safety policies to ensure safety, security, and protection of customers and company assets.
Perform Counterpoint POS transactions and cash handling with accuracy; accountable for funds and property.
Ensure merchandise is displayed and stocked in proper departments; perform housekeeping duties including cleaning, recovery.
Assist in production areas and accepting donations as needed.
Follow company policies and SOPs applicable to the role.
Ensure maximum customer satisfaction; work with customers, groups, coworkers to support the company mission.
Work varied hours/days as business dictates.
All other duties as assigned (e.g., cleaning, recovery).
