Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Delaware & Delaware County, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to participate in sales floor activities and maintain a professional demeanor to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for the security and protection of company assets.

Responsibilities include POS transactions, cash handling, merchandising, housekeeping, and assisting in donations. Flexible hours and teamwork are essential to support the store’s mission and customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred with 1–3 months of related experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies to protect customers and assets.
• Perform POS transactions and handle cash securely.
• Display and stock merchandise in proper departments.
• Assist in donations and production areas as needed.
• Follow Goodwill policies and SOPs for the position.
• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction and assist in a team environment.
• Work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Other duties such as cleaning and recovery as assigned.
