Qualifications

• Follow safety policies to protect customers and assets.
• Perform Counterpoint Point of Sale functions and transactions; ensure safe and accurate handling of cash drawer funds.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed/stocked per procedures; perform housekeeping of sales floor, dressing rooms and production areas.
• Assist in production areas including textiles, WEB and ASH; assist in accepting donations.
• Follow employee handbook and SOPs applicable to the job position.
• Ensure maximum customer satisfaction; work with customers, community groups, coworkers to promote the mission.
• Work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• All other duties as assigned (i.e. cleaning, recovery).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor and at checkout.
• Handle POS transactions and cash drawer with accuracy and accountability.
• Stock and display merchandise according to merchandising procedures; keep areas clean and organized.
• Assist in donation intake and production areas as needed.
• Follow company policies and SOPs; maintain safety and security.
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and teamwork.
