Join Lowe’s as a Customer Service Associate and help customers find the right home improvement solutions. You will greet shoppers, answer questions, and deliver friendly, professional service in a busy store environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using a computer and basic software.
• Experience with retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Reading, writing and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to stand or sit for long periods as needed.
• Lifts up to 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance as required.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Bi-lingual skills and department trade certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
• Prepare department merchandise according to customer needs.
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
