Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer (inputting and retrieving information).
• 6 months experience with common retail technology (smartphones/tablets).
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic (addition/subtraction).
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and organization of shelves.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time.
• Cross-train in other areas to support store-wide customer service.
