You will interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating items, load merchandise when needed, and coordinate with departments to meet customer needs. The role offers part-time hours and opportunities for growth, with a focus on friendly service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties with standing, sitting, and other activities
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or more with assistance

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe’s, answer questions, and deliver friendly customer service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by replenishing shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas to help service
• Prepare merchandise in your department per customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
