Job summary

The UPS Store Parma is seeking a dependable, friendly, customer-focused team member for our busy store. In this part-time role, you'll help customers with shipping, packaging, printing, mailbox services and other solutions, with paid training provided.

You'll join a fast-paced environment, learn new skills, and work as part of a team. Schedule is ~20–30 hours weekly, weekdays 2:00 PM–8:00 PM or 4:00 PM–8:00 PM, with some Saturdays and an occasional weekday off when Saturday is worked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Retail, cashier, hospitality, office, shipping, or printing experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Assist customers with shipping, packaging, printing, and mailbox services.
• Process transactions using POS system.
• Generate shipping labels and prepare packages for shipment.
• Recommend products and services that best meet customer needs.
• Operate printing, copying, scanning, and fax equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.
• Support daily store operations and work as part of a team.

The UPS Store in Parma is looking for a dependable, friendly, and customer-focused team member to join our growing store.

In this part-time role, you'll help customers with shipping, packaging, printing, mailbox services and other business solutions. No UPS Store experience required; we provide paid training and all the tools you need to succeed.

Schedule

• Approximately 20-30 hours per week
• All weekdays: 2:00 PM–8:00 PM or 4:00 PM-8:00 PM
• Some Saturday's
• One weekday off each week if working Saturday shift
