bGoettl’s High Desert Mechanical is hiring a Customer Service Representative earning a clear path to $72k+ to support inbound/outbound calls, book appointments in ServiceTitan, and help manage customer accounts. You’ll work closely with a supportive team, own your KPI goals, and receive full training to set you up for success.

Position Overview

Pay Range: Clear path to earning $72k+.

Compensation Breakdown: Hourly $18–$35, Weekly Performance Spiffs.

• Monday–Saturday (Staggered Shifts)
• Training will be in Camp Verde Office

Position Requirements

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Moderate typing ability
• Strong phone etiquette
• Working in a fast-paced environment
